Dhaka- Bangladeshi athlete Mohammad Hasan Miah finished 24th among 56 athletes in the men’s 100-meter sprint of the Taiwan Athletics Open’ 2019 with a timing of 10:94 seconds at the Taipei city on Saturday.
Chun Han Yang of hosts Chinese Taipei clinched the event’s top slot clocking 10.21 seconds.
A two-member Bangladesh team comprises one athlete Mohammad Hasan Miah and coach cum manager Mohammad Mobarrak Hossain (BKSP), left Dhaka Thursday early morning to compete in the meet’s lone event–men’s 100-meter sprint, will return home on Monday.UNB
