Dhaka – Brothers Union Club forced Dhaka Mohammedan SC out of the KFC Independence Cup Football beating them by 3-2 goals in a Group A match at the Bangabandhu National Stadium here on Thursday. With the day’s debacle, defending champions Mohammedan SC were eliminated from race with six points from five matches while Brothers Union also made the exit from the season’s first meet securing six points from five matches.Mannaf Rabbi put Brothers ahead in the 51st minute by a good header off a curved cross of Ghanaian midfielder Awudu Ibrahim from the left flank.
