IBBL Bogura Zone holds special Business Development Conference

Bogura Zone of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited organized special Business Development Conference virtually on 8 June 2020, Monday. Md. Mahbub ul Alam, Managing Director and CEO of the bank addressed the conference as chief guest. Mohammed Monirul Moula, Muhammad Qaisar Ali and Md. Omar Faruk Khan, Additional Managing Directors of the Bank addressed the conference as special guests. Abu Reza Md. Yeahia, AAM Habibur Rahman, Md. Siddiqur Rahman and Md. Mosharraf Hossain, Deputy Managing Directors, Mohammad Jamal Uddin Mazumder, Abul Faiz Muhammad Kamaluddin, Mohammed Shabbir, Md. Mahboob Alam, Muhammad Sayeed Ullah and G.M. Mohd. Gias Uddin Quader, Senior Executive Vice Presidents also addressed the conference. Md. Abdus Sobhan, Head of Bogura Zone addressed welcome speech. Head of Branches under the zone attended the conference.

 

Md. Mahbub ul Alam said that, Islami Bank has been providing services to the people with utmost professionalism and efficiency according to the national guidelines for ensuring the life and livelihood of the people. He expressed his gratitude to the Honorable Prime Minister for her sincere, timely and prudent decision in ensuring the livelihood of the people, the flow of money and the continuation of business activities from the very beginning of the current situation. He also thanked Bangladesh Bank for guiding the banking sector in the right direction. He paid respect to the employee of Islami Bank, banking sector and above all those who have fallen victim to health risks and died by devoting themselves to the service of the people.

 

He said that, as the largest and strongest bank in the country, Islami Bank has been playing its due role. He said, we have to devote ourselves to the people’s service more and more by complying with the changed regulations and health guidelines. He directed the officials to provide timely, sincere and devoted services for the welfare of the people.

 

He said, the bank’s alternative banking services need to reach more people. Expressing satisfaction over the growth in deposits and remittances collection of the bank at this particular moment, he said, today’s achievement has been possible due to having trust and confidence of the people toward Islami Bank and sincere service of the employees of the bank.
