Dhaka – Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) has held a conference on ‘Business Innovation for Inclusive Development’.Professor Dr Md Salim Uddin, FCA, FCMA, Executive Committee Chairman of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited & Chairman, Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation recently attended the 13th International Conference, organised by International Islamic University of Chittagong-IIUC, said a press release issued on Tuesday.
As a session chairman, he commented on three papers presented on ‘Material Flow Cost Accounting (MFCA) in SMEs’, ‘The Road to Environmental Sustainability’, ‘Voluntary Environmental and Sustainability Disclosure of Firms: A Comparative Study on Selected Asian Countries’ and ‘Investment in Human Capital and Its Impact on the Economic Growth: The Experiences from Bangladesh’.A good number of researchers from Malaysia, South Korea, UK were attended the conference.UNB
