Dhaka, Feb (UNB)-Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) has inaugurated a special campaign on financial inclusion with a slogan- ‘Financial Inclusion: Small Savings & Accelerated Development’ on Monday.
The campaign will continue until March 14 with a view to bring students, farmers, laborers, small traders, expatriates and people of all class and profession under the banking service.
Md Mahbub ul Alam, Managing Director and CEO of the Bank inaugurated the campaign as chief guest.
Md Abul Bashar, General Manager of Financial Inclusion Department of Bangladesh Bank addressed the program as chief discussant where AHM Rafiqul Islam, Joint Director of Bangladesh Bank attended the function as special guest.
Presided over by Mohammed Monirul Moula, Additional Managing Director of the Bank, Abu Reza Md Yeahia, Deputy Managing Director addressed the welcome speech on the occasion.
Taher Ahmed Chowdhury, Muhammad Qaisar Ali and Hasne Alam, Deputy Managing Directors of the Bank also addressed the program while head office executives and heads of different branches of the Bank were present on the occasion.
