Injured Mushfiq replaced by Taskin for last 2 T20Is

Fast bowler Taskin Ahmed has replaced injured Mushfiqur Rahim in the Bangladesh squad for the 3rd and 4th matches of the four-match T20I series against Zimbabwe scheduled for January 20 and 22 at Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium in Khulna (SANS).Tigers Test skipper Mushfiqur Rahim sidelined from the squad as he suffered hamstring injury in his right leg during the second T20I against Zimbabwe on Sunday.Bangladesh national cricket team physiotherapist Bayjedul Islam Khan said, “Mushfiq has strained his right hamstring while batting. Usually it takes two to three weeks to recover from such injuries.”“We’ll be able to assess his condition better after receiving the scan report. Mushfiq will undergo for a scan on Monday,” Bayjedul said.Mushfiqur was going good until he hurt himself while taking a double in the 16th over of Bangladesh innings.Mushfiqur came to bat at 76/3 in 10.1 overs and joined Sabbir Rahman after the hosts suffered a mini collapse because of back-to-back departure of Soumya Sarkar and Mahmudullah Riyad.
