Dhaka – The final round of the Inter-district Women’s Kabaddi Tournament began in Faridpur on Friday with hosts making a good start beating Rangpur by 31-14 points in one of the four opening day’s matches.
In the day’s other matches, Jhenaidah beat Rangamati 37-33 points, Rangpur defeated Narail by 38-27 points while Nilphamari beat Mymensingh by 50-34 points.
Earlier, former Minister of Local Government and Engineering Department MP inaugurated the meet.
