Dhaka – A brilliant hat-trick by Muhit guided East West University to earn a huge 5-0 goal victory over Prime Asia University in the First Inter-University Football Tournament, named as Faraz Challenge Cup, at Kamalapur Stadium here on Saturday.Muhit scored the tournament’s 2nd hat-trick and was adjudged the man of the match.In the day’s other matches at the same venue, Southern University outplayed Independent University Bangladesh (IUB) by 3-0 goals while South East University played to a 2-2 draw with Gono University.Fahimuddin of Southern University and Mansur of South East University were adjudged the best players of their respective matches.In the day’s other matches at Bangabandhu National Stadium, ULAB defeated Bangladesh Textiles University by 2-0 goals while Daffodils University drew 2-2 with Sher-e-Bangla Agriculture University.
