Dhaka – World ‘s number one all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan is expected to appear for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) against Delhi
Daredevils (DD) in the 9th edition Indian Premier League (IPL) at Eden Gardens, Kolkata on Sunday.The franchised based IPL 2nd match will start at 8:30 pm Bangladesh time.Shakib made his IPL debut in 2011 for KKR and will continue for the 5th time in this edition for the same team that clinched the tournament title in 2012 and 2014.
In his IPL career, Shakib scored 383 runs, including a highest 60, at an average 21.27 playing 32 matches while captured 38 wickets,
including best 3/17, conceding runs at an average 21.76. Shakib played a vital role for KKR when the side clinched the titles
in 2012 and 2014.In 2012, he played 8 matches to score 91 runs and claimed 12 wickets while delighted his fans with a total score of 227 runs and 11 wickets in 13 matches in 2014.However, another Bangladesh cricketer Mustafizur Rahman who has already become famous as a miracle boy for his off-cutter, also expected to make his debut for Sunrisers Hyderabad against Royal Challengers Bangalore in the 4th match of the tournament at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore on Tuesday.
