Dhallywood superstar Apu Biswas and Tollygunge actress Subhashree Ganguly are competing with each other with their movies in the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr. The Dhallywood industry has already warmed up with the discussions over who will win the Bengali audience this year, Apu or Subhashree.
Bangladeshi film Rajniti is going to be released in Eid-ul-Fitr, 2017. After a long hiatus Apu Biswas is returning with this film. Besides, Shakib Khan will be against her. The recent gossip between Apu Biswas and Shakib Khan’s marriage, Apu’s disappearance, coming back, appearing in a live show with their son have stirred up the interest of Bengali filmgoers.
Obviously they are dying to see the electric chemistry of Shakib and Apu back again on celluloid. Rajniti is a romantic action film directed by Bulbul Biswas.
On the other hand, Subhashree Ganguly is bringing two joint production films on this Eid, Nabab and Boss 2. Shakib Khan plays the hero against Subhashree in Nabab while Jeet will be seen with her in Boss 2.
In the previous years, Shakib Khan and Tollygunge actress starrer films were a hit to the audience. Therefore, this year the fight between these two beauties will be tough.
If counted the number of films, Subhashree is a bit far ahead of Apu, and Subhashree is famous both in Bangladesh and Kolkata. Therefore, it is hard to tell who will win.
