Senior jounanlist Habibur Rahman Milan, chairman of the Press Institute of Bangladesh is no more. Advisory editor of the Itefaq and a senior member of the National Press Club, and a recipients of the Ekushey Padak, Habibur Rahman Milan breathed his last at the Labaid Hospital at about 3 am on Sunday. Habibur Rahman Milan had been sufferiung from diseases of his lungs. He was 78. Milan hs left behind one son five duughters and his wife.
The journalist union and press club leaders have condoled the death of Habibur Rahman Milan and have said that his demise has created a big vacuum in the field of journalism in Bangladesh. – press release
