Nepal team’s manager Madhusudan tested for COVID-19 positive

DHAKA – Nepal national football team manager Madhusudan Upadhaya has tested for COVID-19 positive, a press release of Bangladesh Football Federation said today.

According to international law, it is necessary to test COVID-19 seventy-two hours before entering any country.

After the match on Tuesday last, all the members of the Nepal team were tested for COVID-19 according to the rules and after the test Nepal manager tested positive for COVID-19.

Madhusudan has been admitted to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University for treatment. However, the rest of the team members of Nepal have all been tested negative for COVID-19.
