Dhaka – NoFel Sporting Club reached the semifinal of the Walton Under-18 Football Tournament eliminating Arambagh Krira Sangha by 5-3 goals in the tiebreaker as the 2nd quarter-final match between two teams was locked in a goalless draw in the stipulated time at the Bangabandhu National Stadium here on Saturday.
In the remaining two quarter-finals, Dhaka Abahani to play Chattogram Abahani on Sunday while Saif SC to play Sheikh Jamal DC on Monday at the same venue.
The two semi-finals will be held on September 26 and 27 while the final match will commence on September 30.
Bashundhara Kings is the first team to confirm the semifinal berth eliminating Brothers Union Club by 3-2 goals in the first quarter-final last Friday.UNB
