Dhaka – Prof Dr Golam Rahman, a teacher of Mass Communication and Journalism Department of Dhaka University, has been appointed as the Chief Information Commissioner (CIC).President Md Abdul Hamid has appointed him as the CIC in accordance with the Clause 15 (1) of the Right to Information Law-2009, said an official release.
The Ministry of Information has issued a circular in this regard on Wednesday.
