Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) will hold a public hearing on November 22 on the services mobile phone users are providing in the country.The first-ever public hearing of its kind will be held at the Institution of Engineer, Bangladesh to directly hear from the customers about the services of mobile phone operators, including call drops, voice calls, and various internet bundle packages and their prices.
Besides, it will help gather opinions to enhance the quality of the telecommunication services.
High officials of the BTRC, mobile phone operators and other telecommunication service providers will answer to questions of the participants.
