Real Madrid Foundation share Spanish football experiences of BD

Dhaka – The YKK Holding Asia Private Ltd (YHA) continued their collaboration with the Real Madrid Foundation (RMF) for the 13th edition of their corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, aiming to support the healthy growth of children through football clinics program.

The YKK Holdings in co-operation with RMF arranged a three-day football clinic here, the fourth time in Bangladesh and second time in Dhaka.

The YKK Asia Group Kids Football Clinic (AKFC) brought three coaches from Real Madrid Foundation to Dhaka to share footballing tips, techniques and basic fundamentals to 300 underprivileged children from six different NGOs over three days of fun and interactive training sessions concluded on Saturday at the Fortis sports ground in the Badda area of the capital.

The RMF coaches, Javier Garcia Torres, Carlos Gustavo Albert Garcia & Hector Vicente, also demonstrated and shared their world-class training methodologies and training techniques with 30 local coaches.

YKK, who are the industry leaders in fastening products, has taken much thought and care in providing a special opportunity to these underprivileged children whereby they get to rub shoulders with the most multi-titled La Liga team in history; with 33 Championship titles to their club’s name.

Dhaka is the first of its edition for the year 2019, before heading to Hanoi of Vietnam in November YKK once again will give local kids and coaches the opportunity to experience world-class football from these invited international coaches.

On the eve of the program’s closing ceremony, the YKK and AKFC have arranged a press conference at a local hotel to disclose the details of the program on Saturday.
