A road up gradation project between Dariapur of Sadar Upazila and Durlavpur under Shibganj Upazila of the district was inaugurated here on Sunday.Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) would implement the 18.435 kilometers road up gradation in 4 phases at a cost of Taka 11.17 crore.Local Lawmaker Md. Abdul Wadud laid the foundation stone of the road at a simple ceremony.Among others, mayor of Chapainawabganj Poursabha Maulana Abdul Matin, project director of LGED Shariful Islam and executive engineer of Chapainawabganj Pourasabha Sadequl Islam were present on the occasion.
