Robi opens experience centre in Cox’s Bazar

Mobile phone operator Robi Axiata Limited has launched an experience centre in Cox’s Bazar. Managing Director and CEO of Robi Supun Weerasinghe on Saturday inaugurated the experience centre at a ceremony aimed at ensuring quality services for its subscribers in Cox’s Bazar, said a press release. Robi has already launched 3G services in Cox’s Bazar and some upazilas in the district. Robi places importance on tourism spots to ensure communication facility for the tourists and the tourism industry. Describing Robi as a customer-centric operator Weeransinghe said, “we are working to ensure the best customer service for our customers and the inauguration of this experience centre is a part of that promise.” Subscribers will be informed on new services, and they will able to share their experiences and problems at the centre. Chief Market Officer Pradeep Shrivastava, Chief Technical Officer AKM Morshed and Chief Human Resources Officer Matiul Islam, along with senior officials, were present in the inauguration ceremony. – UNB
