Dhaka – Saif Sporting Club clinched the 4th edition title of the Shaheed Sheikh Abu Naser Football Tournament, with a 4-1 win against Pabna Police Super Football team in the final at Sheikh Helal Uddin Stadium in Bagerhat on Thursday.Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) senior vice-president Abdus Salam Murshedy handed over trophies among the finalists as the chief guest in the closing ceremony of the 12-team tournament.
Besides the trophies, champions’ team received Tk 5 lakh as prize money while runners-up team Tk 5 lakh. Champions’ team player Rahim was adjudged player of the tournament.Earlier, Sheikh Helal Uddin, MP inaugurated the final of the 13-day tournament as the chief guest.UNB
