Schoolboy crushed under wheels of train in Comilla

A schoolboy was crushed to death by a train on an unmanned level crossing in Daulatganj Bazar area of Laksham upazila on Saturday morning.
The deceased was identified as Tanimul Ahmed Tuhin, 14, a class VIII student of Laksham Pilot High School and son of Abdul Matin of Nashratpur village in the upazila.Ahsan Habib, officer-in-charge of Laksham Government Railway Police (GRP) Station, said the teenage boy was crushed under the wheels of Noakhali-bound Demu train from Comilla in front of Girls’ High School adjacent to Daulatganj Bazar around 9:30 am.
The OC said they recovered Tuhin’s body and handed over it to his relatives. – UNB
