Dhaka- Bangladesh stalwart Shakib Al Hasan and Mehidy Hasan Miraz improved their ICC ODI rankings in batting and bowling respectively.
As per the latest ODI ranking published by ICC on July 6, the 32-year old world number one all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan advanced to the 22nd slot from 32nd in batting ranking securing his career-best rating 692 points.
Besides, Shakib also remained at the top slot in the ICC ODI all-rounder rankings and the 27th slot in ICC ODI bowling rankings with 587.
Shakib became the first cricketer to score 606 runs smashing two centuries and five fifties in addition to grabbing 11 wickets in a single World Cup.
Another Bangladeshi all-rounder Mehidy Hasan Miraz advanced to the 16th from 22nd slot with career-best rating 624 in the ODI bowling rankings. He bagged 6 wickets in the ICC World Cup 2019.
Among other Bangladeshi cricketers, Mushfiqur Rahim remained at his previous 20th slot with 704 rating in ODI batting rankings while Mustafizur Rahman remained at 14th slot with 630 rating in ODI bowling rankings.UNB
