A concert marking the silver jubilee of legendary rock band LRB concert will be held on December 20 from 5pm to 10 pm at Nabratri Hall -4 Bashundhara in Dhaka.The concert is being organized to celebrate the silver jubilee of the formation of the legendary rock band. Robi and Yonder Music’s officials briefed the journalists present about the details of the concert at a press conference held at Robi Corporate Office located in Dhaka.
Ayub Bacchu taking to the stage shared some of the memorable moments from the illustrious journey of the iconic band over the last 25 years.
The rock legend and the lead vocal and guitarist of LRB Ayub Bachchu, bass guitarist Swapan , guitarist Masud , drummer of the band Romel and manager Shamim were present at the press conference.
LRB over the last 25 years has been a household name capturing the imagination of the youth of the country. With ever-green songs like “Cholo Bodle Jai”,”Ghumonto Shohore”, “Rupali Guitar”, “Ghum Bhanga Shohore”, “Mahdhobi”, “Ekhon Onek Raat”, “Hashte Dekho”- the band has defined the journey of rock music in Bangladesh.
LRB is a Bangladeshi rock band founded in 1991 by Ayub Bachchu) along with his co-members Swapan (Bass Guitar), Tutul (Keyboard) and Joyy (Drums).
For more than two and half decades, Ayub Bachchu and his band LRB have been entertaining hundreds of thousands of fans in Bangladesh and abroad. This year marks 25 years of the journey of LRB. LRB is now a legendary name in the history of Bangladeshi Band music.
