Dhaka, Feb 09 – The two BNP mayoral candidates for the just concluded Dhaka North and South city corporations—Tabith Awal and Engr Ishraque Hossain on Sunday briefed foreign diplomats about alleged vote-rigging through using Electronic Voting Machines.
