Police identifies Tahmid’s voice in IS video footage

The voice recorded in the video footage, released allegedly by Islamic State(IS) on Dhaka café attackers on September 23, is the voice of Tahmid Rahman Safi, said Monirul Islam, Additional Commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP).
