Dhaka – Bangladeshi celebrated golfer Siddikur Rahman returned to the winning note clinching the inaugural US$60,000 City Bank American Express Dhaka Open Golf title carding two-under-par 70 in the 4th and final round at Kurmitola Golf Course here on Saturday.
