Dhaka-The 29th conference of Commission for East Asia and Pacific (CAP) and Commission for South Asia (CSA) of the UNWTO will be held in Dhaka next year. The decision came from the 28th meeting of the UNWTO held in Japan, said a PID handout.
A four-member delegation, headed by Civil Aviation and Tourism secretary SM Ghulam Farooque, attended the meeting.
Earlier, Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) selected Dhaka as the venue of its Tourism Conference to be held next year.
