Miss Universe India Urvashi Rautela arrived in Dhaka yesterday to unveil the latest model of BMW’s 7 series.
The Bollywood actress and Miss Asia Super Model arrived in the capital around 11:15am via a Jet Airways flight, staying at the Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel.Urvashi unveiled the brand new model of the luxurious car in the evening, Executive Motors Ltd, the importer of BMW in Bangladesh, confirmed.Born in 1994, Urvashi aspired to become an IT engineer.
In 2011 while studying in engineering school she was selected as the Miss Asian Super Model in South Korea. She won the Miss Tourism Queen of the Year competition the same year.In 2012, she won the Miss Universe India competition, however, her victory came under controversy over her age. In 2015 she won the Miss Diva 2015 competition and represented India in the Miss Universe 2015 contest.She made her debut in Bollywood through the film Singh Saab the Great by Anil Shwarma in 2013. Urvashi has acted in Bhaag Jonny (2015) and Sanam Re (2016). She has also worked in Porobashini directed by Bangladeshi director Shwapan Ahmed set to be released soon.Urvashi is currently shooting for the third sequel of Maasti which is titled as the “Great Grand Maasti.” The super model has acted in movies of Kannada and Punjabi languages as well.The young actress has won a number of awards including the Star Guild, Stardust, Zee Cine Awards, Big Star, and ETC Bollywood Business Awards.
