US issues Europe travel advisory

The State Department of US has warned its citizens about potential risks to travel in Europe after March 22’s airport and subway bombings in Brussels.

The department said, “Terrorist groups continue to plan near-term attacks throughout Europe, targeting sporting events, tourist sites, restaurants and transportation.”

It advised US citizens to “exercise vigilance” in public places or on mass transportation, and advising “particular caution” during religious events or large events.
