Dhaka – A day-long Victory Day Basketball Tournament, organized by Bangladesh Women Sports Federation (BWSF), will be held on Saturday (December 21) at Sultana Kamal Women’s Sports Complex in Dhanmondi.
Whip of the Jatiya Sangsad and President of BWSF Mahbub Ara Begum Gini MP will inaugurate the day-long meet at 10 am on Saturday.
General Secretary of Bangladesh Basketball Federation Lt Commander AK Sarkar (retd) will be the chief guest at the closing function Saturday afternoon.
Some 95 players from four school teams (Sunnydale, South Breeze, Green Heralds and Summerfield), two club teams (Warriors Basketball Club and Deshi Ruckies Basketball Club) and a BWSF team will compete in the meet.UNB
