Magura – One person was killed and four others were injured in a head-on collision between a microbus and a bus at Chhoyghoria on the Magura-Jessore Highway in Shalikha upazila on Tuesday morning.The deceased was identified as Minhazul Islam, 35, an employee of private mobile phone operator Banglalink.Officer-in-charge of Shalikha Police Station Manirul Islam said the accident took place when a microbus and a passenger-loaded bus
collided head-on at Chhoyghoria around 8am, leaving microbus passenger Minhazul dead on the spot and four other people injured.
The injured were taken to Magura Sadar Hospital, the OC added.(UNB)
