Two siblings died from electrocution at Kenai Village in Faridpur upazila on Sunday afternoon.The deceased were identified as Saiful Islam, 35, and Hazrat Ali, 30, sons of Abdus Sattar Tarafdar, a resident of the village.
Abdul Mannan, chairman of Panguli Union Parishad, said Saiful and Hazrat came in contact with a live electric wire while operating an electric motor in a field of the village around 2am and died on the spot.On information, police visited the village, said Mohammad Habibur Rahman, officer-in-charge of Faridpur Police Station. -UNB, Pabna
