Police in a drive arrested two criminals along with three hand bombs in Dighirpara area of the district town on Friday night.
The arrestees were identified as Mizanur Rahman, son of Abdul Kader of Kharki area, and Rubel Hossain of Rail Gate Pashchim Para area in the town.
Acting on secret information, a team of police conducted a drive in the area and arrested the due at about 8:00 pm, said Jamal, sub-inspector of Kotwali Police Station.Following their confessional statement, police recovered three hand bombs from the area.-UNB, Jessore
