Members of Department of Narcotics arrested two alleged drug dealers and recovered 13,000 pieces of contraband yaba tablets from Dakkhin Khan area on Tuesday.
Acting on a tip-off, a special team led by Narcotics Inspector Md Kamrul Islam conducted a raid at Mollartek of Dakkhin Khan at about 3:30 pm.They arrested persons are Rasheduzzaman, 37, and Md Ali, 38. The recovered the yaba tablets were found in their possessions, said Narcotics Inspector Kamrul.
A case was filed with Dakkhin Khan police station in connection with the incident under Narcotics Control Act. – News Desk
