Dhaka – Detectives arrested two people along with one pistol, two magazines, one grenade and five rounds of bullet from Baro Gojni area in Jhinaigati upazila in Sherpur on Sunday morning.The arrestees were identified as Shishto Marak,45, son of late Nagen Sangma, and Anukul Sangma,54, son of late Jakob Marak of the village,UNB News Agency reported.Sub-inspector of Detective Branch of police Sajeeb said tipped off, a team of the DB police conducted a raid on the house of Shishto Marak in the area and arrested the duo at about 7:00am.Later, the law enforcers recovered one pistol, two magazines, one
grenade and five rounds of bullet from the house.A case was filed in this connection.
