Dhaka – Two stone quarry workers were killed while they along with other labourers was extracting stones from a hillock in Jaflong area under Gowainghat Upazila in Sylhet on Thursday.UNB agencyThe deceased are Akram Hossain, 30, son of Mekhai Miah and Lesu Miah, 25, son of Abdul Hanif, both residents of Tukerbazar area under the Sadar Upazila.Delwar Hossain, officer-in-charge of Gowainghat Police Station, said: “The incident happened in a quarry at Nayabosti around 7 am.”
