Comilla – Three people were killed and 10 others injured in a road accident on Dhaka-Chittagong highway at Alekharchar in Sadar upazila on Wednesday morning.Mahbubur Rahman, officer-in-charge of Mainamati highway police, said the accident took place around 7:15 am as a Dhaka-bound bus of Hanif Paribahan plunged into a roadside ditch when its driver lost control over the steering, leaving three people, including the supervisor of the bus, killed and 10 others injured.Two of the deceased were identified as Sohag, 38, supervisor of the bus and Muktar Hossain, 45, a passenger.The injured were rushed to Comilla Medical College Hospital.(UNB)
