Four construction labourers were killed and another was injured as an old bridge during its demolition collapsed on them at Barun village in Kapasia upazila on Thursday morning. None of the deceased could be identified immediately.Witnesses said a part of the dilapidated bridge fell on a group of construction labourers at about 8:30 am while they were doing the demolition work of it, leaving four of them dead on the spot and another injured.
The critically injured was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital. – UNB
