Jessore – Five live bombs were recovered from inside the Jessore Central Jail on Saturday.
Sub-inspector Rabiul of Jessore Kotwali Police Station said police recovered the bombs wrapped in black scotch tape inside a polythene bag from the eastern part of Sugandha Barrack around 11:30am.Contacted, jailer Quamrul Huda said the jail is a protected area. “Any jail guard might have done the incident to make the authorities embarrassed.”
He also said action will be taken in this regard after investigation. – UNB
