A court here on Tuesday sent nine local activists of BNP and its student body Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) to jail rejecting their bail petitions in a case filed for bomb explosion.
Narayanganj senior judicial magistrate Zabid Hossain passed the order after hearing their bail pleas in presence of the accused.A group of miscreants exploded several crude bombs targeting the residence of Narayanganj district and sessions judge on December 1 last year.Later, police filed a case against some BNP and JCD activists for exploding the bombs.Earlier, the High Court granted bail to all the accused in the case. -UNB, Narayanganj
