Mymensingh – A four-day long training, titled “Teaching-Learning Methods and Techniques” was inaugurated at Graduate Training Institute (GTI) of Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU) in Mymensingh on Monday for the lecturers of University of Dhaka.BAU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Md Ali Akbar inaugurated the programme as the chief guest with Graduate Training Institute (GTI) director Prof Dr M Mozahar Ali in the chair. BAU Planning and development director Prof Dr Monoranjan Das, Students’ affairs adviser Prof Dr SD Chowdhury, addressed as special guests.
In a classroom, a teacher should know how to teach all different categories of student in full concentration by giving full knowledge and a teacher will be succeed when his students do better than him, said BAU VC.
A total 26 faculties of University of Dhaka are participating in the training programme. Prof Dr Bentul Mawa is the Course Coordinator of this training programme. – BAU Correspondent
