Dhaka – Customs officials seized 14 bronze statues at Benapole international check-post in Benapole on Thursday night.Sensing the presence of a patrol team of customs officials, a Bangladesh national who was coming from India ran away, leaving behind a bag at the customs check-post, said Joynal Hazari, Superintendent of Customs.Later, the customs officials recovered the statues from the bag.UNB news agency
