Transfer order of Aslam Uddin, Officer-in-charge of Morrelganj Police
Station in Bagerhat district was issued for the 5th time by the DIG of
Police, Khulna Range, Khulna and he was directed to join DB Police,
Bagerhat.
On the other hand, MA Aziz was transferred from Meherpur district and
was directed to join Morrelganj police station as its OC. The newly
appointed OC has arrived at Morrelganj, but is unable to take over
charge as OC Aslam Uddin has refused to hand over charge. On the
contrary Aslam Uddin is trying his level best to cancel his transfer
order.
OC M A. Aziz disclosed to the newsmen that he was ready to abide by
any decision taken by the higher authorities.
It is to be mentioned here that previously the transfer order of OC
Aslam Uddin was issued 4 times. But all those orders were cancelled
within a short time for unknown reasons.
OC Aslam Uddin has reportedly already declared that he would be able
to cancel his transfer order again. -Our Correspondent
