Dhaka-Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested an alleged smuggler along with 21,500 Yaba pills from Moijjertek in the port city on Saturday night.The arrestee was identified as Asdar Ali, 70, son of Ajgar Ali of Motihar in Rajshahi district.Tipped off, a team of Rab set up a check-post in front of Shofi Tower in Karnaphuli area around 11:45 pm and arrested Asdar Ali along with the Yaba tablets, said Mimtanur Rahman, senior assistant director of Rab-7.A case was filed with Karnaphuli Police Station on Sunday.UNB news agency
