Police in a drive arrested four alleged drug peddlers along with 72 packs of heroin from Kalengabazar area in Kamalganj upazila early Tuesday.The arrestees were identified as Abdul Ahad, 36, Arman Ali, 38, Rashid Miah, 22, and Abdul Miah, 32, of the same area.Acting in a tip-off, a police team led by Molla Mohammed Shahin, additional superintendent of police (Sadar circle), conducted a drive in the area and arrested the four from one Renu Miah’s house.Later, the law enforcers recovered 72 packs of heroin from their possession.Officer-in-charge of Kamalganj police station Nihar Ranja nath said the arrestees were produced before a court after filling a case under the Narcotics Control Act.Cattle traders robbed of Tk20 lakh in Satkhira – UNB, Moulvibazar
