A woman was arrested with 35 bottles of phensidyl from Dupchanchia CO
office bus stand of municipality area in Bogra district recently.
The arrestee is identified as Marufa Akter, 45, wife of Khorshed Alam
Ashokpur village under Sadar upazila of the district.
Officer-in-charge of Dupchanchia police station Riaz Ahmed said that
acting on a tip-off, police raided CO office bus stand area in the
upazila and arrested Marufa with 35 bottles of Indian contraband
phensidyl.
Later she was sent Bogra custody. –Our Correspondent, Bogra
