Manisha Koirala pens her first book

Manisha Koirala has just penned her first book titled “The Book of Untold Stories”. On Wednesday, Manisha took to her Instagram account and shared the first look of her labour of love.She thanked Penguin India, a publishing house that encouraged her to write the book. Her caption read, “Thank you #penguinindia@gurveenchadha for encouraging me to tell stories.. #untoldstories .my first book.. hopefully many would follow as I m loving the process 😍”
Manisha was diagnosed with cancer in 2012. The book is reportedly the story of her survival from the illness.
Manisha made a successful comeback on the big screen this year with Rajkumar Hirani’s Sanju, where she played Sanjay Dutt’s mother Nargis and got admired for her role. She was also seen in the Netflix original titled Lust Stories. Lust Stories was a film that featured four short stories which were directed by Anurag Kashyap, Zoya Akhtar, Dibakar Banerjee, and Karan Johar. Manisha featured in the story which was directed by Dibakar Banerjee. She played a housewife, who is in an extra-marital affair with her husband’s close friend, reports Indian Express.
