Dhaka: US Ambassador to Dhaka Dan W Mozena has said yesterday that America would not interfere in the political crisis of Bangladesh.He came up with the observation while addressing a seminar titled ‘United States-Bangladesh Relations with Special References to Security in the Bay of Bengal’ at Brac Inn Center in the capital Saturday.
Dan W Mozena said Bangladesh is a sovereign country, it will fix what to do and USA won’t interfere.
He also said Bangladesh is important to USA due to mineral resources and geo-political reasons.
The ambassador also expressed eagerness to give security to the Bay and its assets. – banglanews24.com
