An anti-smuggling mobile team of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) seized 542 bottles
Indian ‘Officers’ Choice’ brand wine from Companyganj frontier of Sylhet district Wednesday.
Acting on a tip off, the elite forces conducted a sudden raid at Siddiqpur area of Companyganj
frontier and seized the wine.
The market value of the seized wine would be around tk. 8.13 lakh, BGB sources said.
Later, the seized wine was deposited to local Drug Control office. BSS, Sylhet
