Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) in a drive on Wednesday night recovered 10 Molotov
cocktails (petrol bombs) and 15 crude bombs from Mirza Market area in Chatmohor upazila
headquarters.
Major ABM Farukuzzaman, company commander of Rab-12 Pabna camp, said being tipped
off, a team of the elite force conducted a drive in the area and recovered the bombs from the
backyard of the market at around 10:00pm on Wednesday in abandoned condition.
Miscreants might have placed the explosive items there to spread chaos in the town, he added.
