A housewife allegedly committed suicide by taking pesticide at Chhatakchhara village in Kamalganj upazila on Tuesday.
The deceased was identified as Kulsum Begum, 37, wife of Abdul Jabbar of the village. Abdul Jabbar said Kulsum might have taken pesticide sometime
on Monday night and died.On information, police recovered the body and sent it to Moulvibazar Sadar Hospital morgue for an autopsy.Reason behind the suicide could not be known immediately. -UNB, Moulvibazar
